ECI strives to keep our employees informed about corporate initiatives and changes within the industry as well as acknowledge exceptional performance by holding regular monthly sales contests and several off-site team outings and awards ceremonies throughout the year. To date we've held events at the Atlantic Beach Club, F1 Boston, Dave & Buster's, local bowling alleys, the Bay Queen, Casino Night at a local hotel, Habourside Lobstermania and Boston Billiards.
