- This Position is the stepping stone to becoming a Loan Officer Trainee-

• Solicit identified prospects via cold calling Generate loan interest, pre-qualify & successfully transfer to Loan Officer for processing Exercise some independent judgment to effectively communicate mortgage industry terms while creating interest or identifying need for a refinance, purchase, or home equity loan
• Attend product and skill based training sessions

We offer an aggressive commission structure as well as benefits. The base salary for Mortgage Originators is $21,000 plus commissions and they can expect to make $30,000 - $40,000 in their first year.
